Karol is the product co‑founder of Codeflo, focused on discovery, product strategy and client relationships. He helps companies move from intuition and scattered ideas to a focused scope and product decisions their teams can deliver.

Before Codeflo he built MVPs from scratch with founders and product teams. He co‑founded Airflo, an award‑winning hardware startup, and works on TenderPRO, an AI platform that helps companies analyse public tenders.

Before Codeflo he managed teams delivering technology and AI initiatives for private and public organisations, and helped founders turn early ideas into prototypes, MVPs and products ready to launch.
