Two founders. One shared goal.

What connects us is one way of working: stay close to the problem, structure the decisions and leave the company more independent, not more dependent on us.

Karol Gałan

Cofounder

Co-founder · direction and sales

Karol Gałan.

Karol steps in where a company has intuition, an idea or a scattered process, but no clear decision yet: who we sell to, how we enter the market and what is actually worth building.

He connects conversations with founders, customers and teams into one picture of the situation. Sales, offer and product scope stop developing separately and start working toward the same goal.

Owns

  • Structures the customer, segment, offer and sales motion.
  • Works with founders, teams and the market before the company commits a larger budget.
  • Turns the idea into scope, priorities and decisions that can be implemented.

Kuba Tębłowski

Cofounder

Co-founder · technology and operations

Kuba Tębłowski.

Kuba takes over when direction has to become a working system. He structures technology, process logistics, automations and team so the solution enters daily work.

He looks at implementation from the side of the people who will use it every day: sales, support, operations, logistics or a new team. The system has to reduce work, clarify ownership and be possible to take over.

Owns

  • Builds systems, integrations and automations used by the team every day.
  • Structures operations, task logistics, ownership and delivery rhythm.
  • Helps hire, onboard and prepare the people who will take over the system.
LinkedIn

We turn an unstructured area into a way of working that actually runs.

We do not start with a tool or a deck. First we structure the decisions, then we shape the process, people and technology so the company can run that area without our constant presence.

Decision

We establish whether the problem sits in direction, sales, logistics, team or technology.

Execution

We build scope, process, automations and working rhythm so the company sees real progress.

Takeover

We leave the people, documentation and way of working that do not require our constant presence.
