Karol is the product co-founder of Codeflo, focused on discovery, product strategy, client relationships and turning unclear business needs into product direction.
He helps companies move from founder intuition, scattered ideas and market uncertainty to focused scope, sharp value propositions and product decisions that teams can actually execute. His work connects business, users, product and delivery, making sure the team understands what should be built before engineering starts building it.
Before Codeflo, Karol worked in an early-stage product environment, building MVPs from scratch and shaping early products directly with founders and product teams. He is also the co-founder of Airflo, an award-winning hardware startup, and works on TenderPRO, an AI-powered platform that helps companies analyze public tenders, make better go / no-go decisions and reduce manual work around documents.
His background connects architecture, design, startup execution, AI products and product management. At Codeflo, he leads the product layer of our work: discovery, stakeholder alignment, product direction, value proposition and the client relationship that keeps every project tied to real business outcomes.
Kuba Tębłowski
Technical Co-founder
Kuba is the technical co-founder of Codeflo, focused on AI systems, automation architecture, technical delivery and technical team performance.
He helps companies move from messy processes and unclear product ideas to working systems, while also strengthening the teams that need to run them. His work covers not only software delivery, but also hiring, onboarding, team development, engineering standards and day-to-day technical effectiveness.
Before Codeflo, Kuba managed teams delivering technology and AI initiatives for private organizations and public institutions. He also worked directly with founders and product teams, helping turn early ideas into prototypes, MVPs and products ready for market validation, funding conversations and commercial launch.
His background connects technical execution, AI implementation, team leadership, recruitment and zero-to-one product building. At Codeflo, he helps clients build both the systems and the internal capability to keep improving them after launch.
