AI training for companies that brings the whole team to one level.

We’ll teach your team to work with AI at an expert level, with the tools and methods we use ourselves every day.

Your team already uses AI.The question is whether safely, and whether everyone does.

Training doesn’t bring AI into your company. It brings order to what is already happening: who uses it, on what data and with what result.

78%

of people who use AI at work bring their own tools, without the company knowing.

So on day one we agree what data may be pasted in and on which accounts.

Microsoft and LinkedIn, Work Trend Index 2024

36%

of employees feel properly trained in AI.

So we train the whole team, from zero, not just the keenest people.

BCG, AI at Work 2025, over 10,600 respondents

48%

of workers in Poland fear technology will replace them. Worldwide it is 41%.

So we show AI on their own work, as help, not as a replacement.

Randstad, Workmonitor 2026

# Who I am

Head of sales at a distribution company.

Team: 12 sales reps, B2B customers.

# Goals this quarter

- quote sent in 1 day, not 3

- every rep writes up each meeting

# How I write

- short, first names, no fluff

- prices always net, with an expiry date

# What you don’t do

- never paste customers’ personal data

- never promise discounts without my approval

Examples from our training. With you, we work on your own files and tools.

Three training days, spread out. In between, you practise on your own work.

Questions about AI training for companies.

The questions we hear most before a training. If yours isn’t here, ask it on the call.

Closed‑group training in Poland usually costs PLN 7,000–10,000 net per day. We quote our price after a 30-minute call, once we know the number of people, the departments and the tasks. The price includes the call before the training and the measurement after 30 days. Market ranges come from a 2026 overview of AI training prices.

Usually at least three live days, spread out. Between sessions the team does its real tasks with Claude, and after 30 days we measure the effect. We fit the schedule to your calendar.

No. We start from each person’s level, from zero too, and speak without technical jargon. Before the training we check where everyone is, and the programme brings the whole team to one level.

Because it is what we work with and build on for clients: from chat, through working on files in Cowork, to Claude Code and your own tools. If your company already uses ChatGPT or Copilot, we teach those too.

We start with it on day one. We agree what data may be pasted into chat, on which accounts and in which tools, and write it down as rules for the whole team. They stay in the company after the training.

Both, always live, never recorded. On site, we come to your company.

Yes, from teams of a few people to large companies. In a small company the programme focuses on the few tasks that take the most time for the owner and the team. In a large one we add more departments and a programme for each.

No. Training teaches people to work with the tools you already have. A company MCP server, reports and automations are an implementation: we do them separately, after a Discovery Sprint in which we work out whether and where they pay off.
