Sales automation that gives reps their time back for conversations.
AI finds companies to contact, prepares briefs before meetings and updates the CRM. Reps talk to customers.
What is sales automation.
It means handing the work around selling to a machine: finding companies, preparing for calls, notes, reminders and reports. With AI, automation also covers what CRM rules can’t: reading emails and calls, picking companies based on market signals and writing briefs.

Where a sales rep’s week goes.
28%
of a rep’s week goes to selling. 11 of 40 hours. The rest is work around it.
- calls and selling
- finding companies, preparation, CRM, follow‑ups, reports

What we automate in sales.
Stage by stage, from choosing companies to the report. AI drafts messages to clients and the rep sends them.
- 01
Choosing who to contact
AI tracks market signals: new investments, hiring, website visits and enquiry history. Every day it builds a list of companies worth contacting, with the reasons.
- 02
First message
A draft email or LinkedIn message that speaks to the company’s situation, not a template. The rep reads it, edits it and sends it.
- 03
Replying to enquiries
An enquiry from the website or email gets a draft reply within minutes, with prices and availability. Companies that respond within an hour are about 7 times more likely to reach a decision maker.
- 04
Call brief
Who the client is, what has happened so far, what to ask. Pulled from the CRM, email and the company’s website before every meeting.
- 05
CRM after the call
From a note or call recording, AI logs the agreements, next steps and a reminder date in the CRM.
- 06
Sales report
Every Monday: what moved in the pipeline, which deals are stuck and why. No more stitching spreadsheets together.
CRM automation vs AI automation.
CRM rules handle whatever can be written as “if this, then that”. AI understands emails and calls, so it takes over the work that used to stay with the rep.
CRM rules
Keep track of dates and stages
- a reminder when a deal has stalled for 14 days
- a stage change after a quote is sent
- the same email template for everyone
AI automation
Does the work around the conversation
- picks companies based on market signals
- writes a brief and a message for a specific company
- logs agreements and next steps from the call in the CRM
It works on the CRM you already use. No new tools. If you also want to automate orders and complaints, see process automation.
One stage first, then the whole pipeline.

Discovery Sprint
In one week we find where your reps lose time and where deals leak from the pipeline. We pick the stage to start with.

Build
We build the automation on your CRM and email. Reps work with it from the first week and tell us what to improve.

Common sales automation mistakes.
Automating sending instead of selling.
Mass template emails damage your domain reputation and your brand. We automate the preparation and a person sends.
A messy CRM.
AI works with the data it has. We start by cleaning up contacts and pipeline stages.
A tool reps don’t use.
We build with reps from the first week and teach them to work with AI on their own clients.
No measurement.
We compare response time, number of calls and conversion before and after the rollout.
This is for you if
Companies come to us when the decision on AI is made and the plan isn't there yet.
- Your company has up to a hundred people and is growing.
- You’re hiring an AI person, or it is already part of someone’s role.
- You don't have an IT department, or your tech team is a few people.
- Your team has tried new tools, but the way you work hasn’t changed.

Let's talk.
Tell us what isn’t working today. We’ll tell you straight whether we can help and which model to start with.
- 30 minutes with a founder, not a salesperson
- A concrete answer on where to start

Questions about sales automation.
The questions we hear most before a rollout. If yours isn’t here, ask us on a call.
Choosing who to contact, drafting first messages, replying to enquiries, call briefs, CRM updates after meetings, follow‑up reminders and a weekly pipeline report.
No. It takes over the work around selling: research, preparation and notes. Conversations, negotiation and client relationships stay with people, and reps get more time for them.
Not by default. AI drafts the message and the rep reads and sends it. We turn on automatic sending only where you decide, for example for confirmations and reminders.
The one you already use, together with your email. You don’t need to change tools. If the CRM is messy, we start by cleaning it up.
Marketing automation runs campaigns for many recipients: newsletters, email sequences, scoring. Sales automation supports reps working with specific companies: who to pick, how to prepare and what to do after the call.
Before the rollout we agree what data we process and where it comes from, and we plan first contact with companies in line with GDPR and electronic communications law. We write the rules down together with you.
We start with a Discovery Sprint: one week for €1,900, deducted from the build. After it you know which sales stage to automate first, what it costs and when it pays back.
