We don't take equity. Code, documentation, team — it's all yours. After handover you can work with us in support mode or completely independently. We're not infrastructure you have to maintain.

Do you help with recruitment?
Yes — it's part of the model. We write job profiles, conduct technical verification, help with decisions. You make the final hiring calls.
Do you take equity in the company?
No. Never. You pay for the service, the system is yours. Zero equity, zero dependency.
What happens after handover?
Your team runs the system independently. We can stay in support mode (code review, consulting), but you're not dependent on us.
Who owns the code and documentation?
You do. Everything — code, documentation, diagrams, runbooks. Repositories on your account from day one.
How long does the whole process take?
